 Home-made Doggy Cake Home-made doggy cake is low in fat and easy to make, it is a great training treat that is palatable and easy to digest. If you make too much you can freeze it. Ingredients: 3 eggs. - Plain flour or oats, for a gluten free diet use rice flour or a gluten free plain flour.
- Tinned tuna or salmon for the dog that loves fish, or use liver (chicken or lamb).
- A small amount of garlic (optional).
Pre-heat the oven to 180 - 200c. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, or if you are using tuna or salmon you can mix together in a bowl with a spoon, the consistency of the mixture should be like cake mixture, not too thick and not too runny. Place a thin layer onto a baking tray prepared with tin foil or grease proof paper and bake for approximately 20 - 30 minutes. You can also cook this in the microwave by putting a thin layer in a plastic container and cooking for approximately 3 - 5 Minutes. Happy baking!
